SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the next working day.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order is normally shipped via your local Royal Mail postal service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the recipient). We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority. MOOD PANTS cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with our courier.

VAT, FREIGHT COSTS AND CUSTOMS FEES

All prices given on moodpants.co.uk include VAT unless otherwise is stated. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. MOOD PANTS reserves the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur.

All prices given on the Website are exclusive of freight costs, customs fees and other applicable duties or fees. Please note that on orders outside the EU, customs charges may apply at your expense.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURN OF UNUSED GOODS

If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.moodpants.co.uk please follow the following steps:

  1. If you wish to return an item, you must return to the address detailed on your invoice. The item(s) must then be returned within 14 days of invoice date.
  2. All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition.
  3. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned obtaining a proof of purchase and by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
  4. Please allow 14 working days from the date of your return for your refund to be processed.

RETURN OF FAULTY, INCORRECT OR SUBSTANDARD GOODS

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.

Please note, we offer a 3 month guarantee and goods that have been considered faulty outside of this period will not be subject to a refund.

RETURN OF ITEMS IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE

By returning any pair of Mood Pants for an exchange you are responsible for postage costs.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
